Farmer’s Market, Södermalm and People

What better Saturday activity then visiting the Farmer’s Market on Södermalm upcoming Saturday 5th of October from 10-15 until. Last opportunity for this season.

Thrifting with several hundred metres of tables and racks was on last time I visited and that’s where I got my Harris Tweed blazer for 200 SEK. Been glued to me since.

I hope they still have some flea market activity on the 5th of October. But at least there will be vegetables, fruit, flowers and people watching.

I got ingrediences for my TikTok-inspired chicken soup. Juice looked good as well.
These guys were moving houses and were parting with their precious possessions. His tweed blazer is now mine.

The Södermalm style
A cocka poodle with his human. Safe for dogs, it’s Södermalm not Springfield, Ohio. Luckely, because this dog was super delicious.
If you need something sweet on the tip of your tongue, there is a bakery just a couple of blocks from the market on Götgatan 92, Gunnarssons Special Konditori. Opens at 7.30 tomorrow so you could actually have breakfast there before the market.
